Brittanie Dierlam grew up in Victoria, Texas, and attended Texas A&M University. With more than 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she has held a variety of lending roles that ultimately led her to found The Dierlam Group in 2019.

Brittanie built The Dierlam Group around a simple philosophy: every client deserves thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a mortgage strategy tailored to their individual goals. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she carefully explores available options and helps clients understand not only what they qualify for, but which financing strategy makes the most sense for their overall situation.

Known for her upfront, honest, and concise communication, Brittanie works to make the mortgage process as efficient, transparent, and stress-free as possible. She values long-term relationships and takes pride in creating an experience that leaves clients feeling informed and confident from the first conversation through closing.

In addition to residential mortgage lending, Brittanie has expanded her expertise into commercial real estate financing, allowing her to serve clients with an even broader range of real estate and investment needs.

Brittanie is passionate about continued education, leading her team well, and building a business rooted in trust and service. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and raising her three children.

After starting as Brittanie’s assistant in July of 2019, Rhonda quickly came to love the mortgage industry and obtained her license that November - so much for retirement! Having owned a local business for 23 years, Rhonda’s background in building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, empowering employees, goal setting and budgets sets her apart. Rhonda compares the loan process to a puzzle she’s always willing to solve. She loves helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership and believes life is about making a difference in the lives of those you know as well as those you have yet to meet. We love how well she keeps clients and underwriters in the loop with constant, clear communication to get the job done smoothly. On her off days you can find Rhonda chilling poolside or around the campfire with her family, depending on the season.
